You will have read the message in Frances’ blog on Wednesday 17 June 2020 that we are dedicating week commencing 6 July 2020 to ‘Private Fostering Week’.
Over the next few weeks, we also have a number of Skype learning sessions organised where you can learn more about Private Fostering.
Sessions are taking place on the following dates and there are two times to choose for each date – either 13:00 until 13:45 or 13:45 until 14:30

We are also please to announce that in collaboration with Sandwell Children’s Safeguarding Partnership we have launched a new eLearning module to raise awareness of Private Fostering.
Participants will be able to:
• Understand what private fostering is and what the Trust’s responsibilities are in respect of private fostering
• Identify a private fostering arrangement
• Appropriately respond to an identified private fostering arrangement
